Condensing heat exchange technology

Adopting the new condensing heat exchange technology, the heat exchanger reverses the heat exchange, fully utilizing the vaporization latent heat generated in the combustion flue gas, the flue gas temperature is lower than 60°C, greatly reducing the emission of ineffective heat sources, and the thermal efficiency is as high as 107%, greatly saving gas costs.

Fully premixed low-nitrogen combustion technology

Adopting internationally advanced metal fiber surface combustion technology, the air and gas are completely mixed in a scientific proportion before entering the combustion chamber, so that the premixed air and gas can be quickly burned on the metal fiber surface. High thermal efficiency, low pollutant emissions, safer and more stable flames, no flameout, no backfire. The top-mounted cylindrical combustion design and 360° combustion make the heat radiation more uniform, and the flue gas and water medium reverse heat exchange quickly condenses, which is highly efficient and energy-saving. According to the changes in hot water temperature, the equipment operating power is automatically and accurately adjusted to maintain the optimal ratio of air and gas, making the combustion more complete, cleaner, safer and more reliable.

System core technology

The hot water system adopts precise direct supply technology to quickly provide constant temperature hot water. No other heat storage or heat exchange equipment is required. Hot water is directly delivered to the end, simplifying the hot water system, saving energy consumption, and improving heating efficiency.
